Khulax has been around for billions of years.
He witnessed the death of two gods, witnessed the birth of thousands of new gods, and saw the slow but steady death of the first world with sapient beings on it.
Khulax has knowledge of all that went on before his birth and of everything he's witnessed since. He can touch living beings and absorb all their memories. He can touch inanimate objects and view their history.
He can remember the life experiences of everyone he's touched, but aside from a few brief years of human existence during which he sired Hannah, he has never done anything that mattered. He has simply existed without truly living.
But all that's about to change, because Khulax is going to get into the nitty gritty underbelly of Los Angeles and solve crimes just like the noir detectives from the days of yore. With his powers, no crime should be unsolvable.
