📦 Shipping Within the UAE

  • Flat Rate:
    A standard shipping fee of AED 25 applies to all orders.

  • Free Delivery Offer:
    Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over AED 120.

  • Delivery Time:
    Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 8 business days.

🌍 International Shipping

At the moment, we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
No international shipping is available.

📬 Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order is shipped.

  • Track your delivery via the courier's link provided.

📅 Delivery Schedule

  • We deliver on business days (Sunday to Thursday).

  • No deliveries on UAE public holidays.

❗ Missed Delivery?

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will:

  • Attempt a second delivery

  • Or contact you to reschedule

🔄 Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address, or

  • Missed delivery attempts,
    you will need to pay again for reshipping.
